Beef skirt steak à la pizza

A really simple dish that is good anytime of the year. Try something different on your grill and delicious!!! The tomato base, cheese and grilled red capsicum really elevates the flavor of skirt steak. You can also try this recipe with flank steak, either beef or pork.
Prep: 15 mins Cook: 30 mins
1 skirt steak
1 red capsicum
1 garlic clove
1/2 cup of red wine vinegar
For tomato base
1 table spoon of oregano
1 table spoon of smoked paprika olive oil
1 table spoon of sugar
1 - Place the red capsicum on the easyQ grill first
2 - The steak
1 - Season with salt
2 - rub with olive oil
3 - rub with garlic clove, and then chop the garlic
4 - put the steak in a bowl and pour the red wine vinegar along with the chopped garlic clove. Leave rest for 15 minutes.
5 - Place steak on the easyQ grill at medium fire and close the hood. Cook it for 15 minutes
3 - The tomato base
1 - chop two tomatoes and put them in a small bowl
2 - add salt, oregano, smoked paprika, olive oil and sugar (to reduce acidity)
3 - stir
4 - The pizza
1 - After 15 minutes, turn the skirt
2 - add the tomato base and the mozzarella cheese
3 - Close the hood and cook for another 15 minutes
4 - In the meantime, take the capsicum out of the grill. Remove the seeds, peel it and cut it into slices.
5 - Once the skirt is cooked, take it out of the grill and complete with some capsicum slices, oregano and olives.
