Beef Rib Eye Roast Bone In with chimichurri sauce :)

Nothing like a beef rib eye with chimicurri sauce on Friday night. Indulge yourself and your family with this 30 minutes dish.
This recipe is quite simple and will take literally 30 minutes.
For the steak:
First rub the steaks with a little bit of olive oil, extra virgin better. Then put salt and pepper at your own taste.
Preheat the grill to 200/250F. Put the stakes on the easyQ grill and set the fire at medium.
The rule then is simple... 15 minutes each side and always keep the lid closed.
"The sound of yamminess"... You'll get use to this sound very quick:
For the "Chimichurri" sauce:
Very simple... chop one garlic and three or four branches of parsley. Then put it in a small bowl and pour about three spoons of extra virgin olive oil and tow spoons of red wine vinegar. To finish it up... put salt and pepper at your test. Stir to mix and leave it to set.
All done!!! serve the steak in a plate and pour a bit of "Chimichurri" souce on top.
You can complement it with a salad of your choice. We choose a simple but never fail carrots and tomato :)
